GENERAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For a full refund (not including shipping costs) you may return new, unopened items including:
- Any book returned in original condition, unread
- Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD or DVD
Within 14 days of purchase, shown by postmark, for US customers
Within 30 days of purchase, shown by postmark, for International customers.
When defective products are sent back and received, a replacement product will be mailed out immediately. In this situation shipping costs will be refunded. Click here to notify us of the problem.
You will be notified by e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Lisle, IL 60532 - Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the package with your items) securely in a package. Please send items back safely (bubble wrap envelopes can make this simple).
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of package.
- US Packages can be returned through your local United States Post Office.
